Sourdough Bread
Our Cherry Vanilla Sourdough starts with organic dried cherries getting a long soak in a vanilla bean bath. We strain them out and use the cherry vanilla infused water to make our dough. Then we fold the plumped up cherries back into the bread before the long overnight bulk fermentation of the dough. Next morning we shape our loaves and into the fridge for another cold fermentation. Morning 3 these beautiful loaves get scored and baked and finally make it into our farm shop for you to enjoy!
Sourdoughs take an extra long time to make since we cold ferment them to create their delicious flavor. We need 72 hours notice for sourdoughs.
