Chocolate Sourdough - yes chocolate sourdough! I sweetened my regular sourdough up a bit with some pure maple syrup, added some Dutch process cocoa and studded it with some quality dark chocolate.

Sourdoughs take an extra long time to make since we cold ferment them to create their delicious flavor. We need 72 hours notice for sourdoughs.
