Cinnamon Maple Pecan Sourdough Bread

My original sourdough is enriched with pure maple syrup, studded with organic pecans and swirled with Ceylon cinnamon and maple sugar. I think it is the perfect sweet touch to our sourdough.

Sourdoughs take an extra long time to make since we cold ferment them to create their delicious flavor. We need 72 hours notice for sourdoughs.

Makes amazing French toast!
