Sourdough Bread
My kiddos call this pizza sourdough. The dough is infused with Organic Tomato Purée giving the bread it’s pinkish color.
Sourdoughs take an extra long time to make since we cold ferment them to create their delicious flavor. We need 72 hours notice for sourdoughs.
Layers of minced garlic, house made basil pesto and more tomato purée get folded into the loaves before cold fermenting for 24 hrs.
